Chad Eichten began his real estate career in 1993 after graduating from Saint Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and an emphasis in Real Estate. He has worked with a range of buyers and sellers from those looking for their first home, to those looking to move to their dream home.  Chad also works with property owners for Property Management services and real estate investors.  He has a great deal of experience with new construction and is an expert in residential investment properties. His knowledge of financing, investment property, property management, home inspections, and homeowners insurance provides a full range of real estate expertise.

Brent is a a licensed residential appraiser and Realtor.  Specifically, Brent works in the 7 county metro area completing market analysis comprising interior and exterior home inspection to develop an opinion of value.  Brent also works in our Property Management sales area assisting with Property Management, Buyers, and Sellers.  His passion for real estate stems from manging his own investment properties since 1999, buying and selling investment properties, and appraising. Other opportunities include mediation, taxation, and Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) removal to assist in determining the Fair Market Value (FMV) of a home.

Jackee is our Operations Administrator working hand in hand with all of the Midwest Realty Services Team.  Each month, Jackee processes all client payments for Property Management, an enormous job in itself.  She also handles the administrative duties for all of the Property Managers with tenant needs and communication.  Jackee is an instrumental part of the Midwest Realty Services Team.
